The open-source framework Plone is continuously developed and kept up to date by a global community. We have been working with it since 2003 – and we are happy to continue for many more years.
The system can be expanded at any time: new modules, new functions, new designs, new integrations. Plone is designed so that additional features can be docked like building blocks to a stable foundation. This keeps the platform modern without needing to redevelop the core.
Is independence guaranteed in case of conflict?
The most important point:absolutely yes.
Since Plone is completely open source and works according to open standards, any qualified agency or internal IT can take over, further develop, or operate the system. You are never tied to a single agency – including us.
